Making Boston youth one through sports and mentorship!

Founded in 2018 by Boston firefighters Larry Smith and Jorge Diaz. We strive to earn the trust and admiration of Boston’s youth by, with, and through positive advisement, leadership, and mentorship. Our vision lies in making Boston as small as possible for its youth so that one day, they will all know each other irrespective of surface-level differences.

Mission

WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to interact with and educate Boston’s youth by giving them productively enjoyable and athletic outlets while serving as positive role models. We find it important that the city’s youth recognize that we are not only first responders but also members of their very own community.
